What Is S1PC?
S1PC is mainly derived from Aged Garlic Extract (AGE). Fresh garlic undergoes a 20-month aging process under controlled temperature and humidity conditions. Unstable, pungent sulfur-containing compounds such as allicin are gradually converted into stable, odorless, bioactive sulfur-containing amino acids. S1PC is barely detectable in fresh garlic (below the limit of detection), yet its concentration in AGE can rise to a level comparable to SAC.
